In this entry we are looking how Life Coach Sydney would use NLP Coaching and how it is differant to Educators. Many times people think or believe a life coach is to help guide them in there getting educatord. Here we look at the how NLP Coaching is different.

Most education is concerned about teaching conscious concepts to conscious minds. As we learned in the CYF segment of our coaching training, the most behavioural change occurs with the involvement and cooperation of the Unconscious Mind. Therefore the NLP Coach knows that he has to teach the Conscious Mind and the Unconscious Mind and appeal to both for the process of change to occur. According to a team led by Professor Gerard Hodgkinson of the Centre for Organizational Strategy, Learning and Change at Leeds University Business School,
