This article is written to make you see how Life coaching Sydney can help you get your life back and enjoy a successful and positive existence in the society. A lot of people wants to be successful in life and yet lacks the positive drive to achieve their goals and fulfill their desires. Most of them would choose to escape reality and continue their so called “life’s success story” in their own personal dream world. When these people would see an individual who are successful at what they do, although there is no jealousy involved, would want and crave to be that someone. But the problem is they don’t know where to start. What they have to know is that success can be attained by anyone who would persevere to achieve them. It only takes a life coach to be able to make your first step ahead. With Life coaching Sydney, your dream about what you want to be in real life is attainable.

Take for example in the corporate world. Employees and company presidents are two separate and conflicting entities. It easy to fathom the ideas that run in the minds of regular employees and the ideas circling in the minds of the company owners and other big time executives. In the real world, employees work hard because they want to earn and it is what they are being paid to do, which is to work. Company executives on the other hand are busy concocting plans and systems they can use to increase their profits and keep the company stable. This particular model can be realized by any individuals who happen to become conscious about the manner in which the employees and the company executives relate to each other.

This particular life model mentioned above is the typical scenario we always encounter in our day to day existence. Conflict of interests is what keeps other from realizing their potentials. Most of them would tend to think that once they’ve reached a particular stage in life, that is what they are going to be for the rest of their lives. Most people are contented with what they have without thinking that they are capable of doing more and achieving more. They are contained in their own dreams and think that there’s no hope for them to edge forward and live a more positive and constructive life they always dream about. At Life Coaching Sydney, empowerment is emphasized and it is their goal to make people realize their strengths and get over their weaknesses. They are trained to make people realize the value of relationship and how to make it more enduring and understanding.

By helping people realize the importance and benefits of a conflict free relationship, Life Coaching Sydney inspires people to stop for awhile and take a deep look inside themselves and see what kind of people they are at the present and what are the things that can be done to change it. With life coaching program offered by Life coaching Sydney, you can easily see for yourself the benefits and rewards it can do for you to make your life a better one.

Life is all about achieving your dreams. Most of us set certain goals and start working towards attaining these goals. A long term goal will be divided into smaller short term goals. When people do not achieve the targets, they start cribbing and cursing. They lose interest in their daily activities. In other words, the productivity is hampered largely. With the aid of a life coach Sydney, one will be able to accomplish their dreams. These coaches are not magicians or genies who can fulfill your desires – but they do hold the power to make you realize your dreams.

Various factors come into play and these factors will act in unison to hold back people from achieving their dreams. They might be dejected with their lives – experiences might prove to be very costly for some of them. Alternatively, they might have fear or phobias that will inhibit the chances of success. A common result of fear and phobia is depression. Once depression sets in, people start losing their interest in their day to day activities. A life coach Sydney will ensure that these dejected people are motivated in an ample manner.

Do not rush to the conclusion that the life coach Sydney will employ sweet talks to lure people. These personnel are known to employ sophisticated technologies like SMART goals and neuro linguistic programming (NLP). Counselors and psychiatrists when treating people commonly employ NLP strategies. The reasoning is simple – to empower and to augment the way people think when they are facing perils. Life is filled with many problems. Handling and overcoming these problems might require skill. These skills are inherently present within some, but the rest will have to rely on the services of a life coach.

A life coach Sydney is known to operate according to the needs of the benefactor. They alter their programs so that it is helpful in eliminating the fears or phobias that are present inherently in the minds of their clients. Certain people might look out for manners to improve their personality. The rest of them might look out for feasible options with which they will be able to control their drinking or smoking problems. Do not shun away from a life coach – they will be helpful in recharging and uplifting your spirits. Finding an appropriate life coach is also easy these days, especially in a city like Sydney.

Finding a life coach Sydney is made easy with the help of the internet. The websites that are maintained by these coaches can be searched for and found via the internet. The niche might be new to the country, but many experts are now in the scene. They are known to hold individual sessions for clients. Some of them are noted to act in the corporate circles – they roam about in this tier, motivating employees. An one hour introductory course is given away freely by these life coaches – if you like it, maybe you can contact the coach for additional sessions.

Here is an insider tip to have that perfect relationship with others – avoid misunderstandings. When you realize that certain misunderstandings are cropping in between both of you, it is better to spend time sitting and talking with each other.

Maybe you have set up certain goals for your career. Alternatively, you might be running a business, and you might be experiencing certain downfalls. Regardless of the niche of problems that are being faced by you, it makes sense to invest in a life coaching Sydney coach. Once you start realizing the advantages of the program, you will even convey the information to your social circle. More people will become involved with the paradigm – this will prove to be beneficial to you. When people start thinking like you are doing, then the chances of conflicts are reduced highly.

How can a Sydney life coach help you to stop loosing money?

Sydney life coaching received an email recently from a person looking for a Sydney life coach to help him stop loosing money. Now you might ask yourself how could a Sydney life coach help? Well the person had described that they had a great lifestyle, made good money and had all that they wanted then they got married. This turn of events has turned the persons focus upside down and now they are focusing on not being able to provide for there new partner. The adding of the extra responsibility and the projection and focus the person has, started creating what he was focusing on “poverty”.

Life coaching Sydney will give him the tools to start making the changes he need by setting up an ongoing coaching program. This program will give him the tool to start understanding how he has created poverty instead of the wealth he once created. Along with this using create your future coaching techniques we will set goals that will absolutely happen as well as make sure that his focus is towards what he wants so that he keeps getting results in the future.

Sydney life coach will work for 1 hour a week to enable the person to make the changes they need at an unconscious level. Once this has been done the client will start to see a results way of thinking and create the out comes he wanted.

In this entry we are looking at the difference between Life Coach Sydney & NLP Coaching and career counselling. Many times people think or believe a life coach is to help guide them in there career. Here we look at the how NLP Coaching is different.

“Career counsellors help their clients to get a job. Career counsellors might repackage clients to appear more hireable for their job interviews. Career counsellors do not help clients to become business owners or independent contractors. Career counsellors are mostly loyal to whoever pays them, and rarely form a strong bond with their clients”.

NLP COACHING

NLP Coaching assists the Client to determine his values, Metaprograms, strategies, positive and supportive decisions and belief structures, and future goals and outcomes. In this way the Coach helps the Client to move into the position, job or career best suited for his present and future. If the Client’s goal is to become an entrepreneur, business owner or independent contractor, NLP Coaching supports him in this development. If the Client’s goal is to simply achieve new objectives in his present career, NLP Coaching supports uncritically this outcome.

In this session we are going to look at the different ways life coach sydney & NLP Coaching can get results and the difference that makes the difference. In this entry Life Coach Sydney are looking at the difference between NLP Coaching and traditional forms of training.

THE TRAINING PROCESS focuses on teaching the students how to perform something. Trainers are experts in their fields and teach people various processes, methods, and or skills, to do something in a predetermined manner. Trainers do not focus on you improving as a person. Generally speaking trainers only focus on teaching you a particular skill. Trainers and their clients generally form a loose teacher student relationship that is not close and is not held confidential. With training, the students are instructed what to do and how to do it. They have little control over the process or outcome. ”

NLP COACHING

NLP Coaching trainings are designed to teach people how to become NLP coaches. Rather than teaching the students only how to perform something the emphasis in these trainings is how to discover and get in charge of the mental processes occurring naturally inside every individual. By learning how people think I.E. SMD’s strategies, etc, the student/Coach improves as a person. There is no better improvement than to have control over one’s internal processes. So, in fact the student has maximum control over process and outcome. In NLP Coaching trainings, of course, everything is held confidential.

So you can see how NLP Coaching is different to forms of training and the benefit of NLP coaching. This is not to say that traditional forms of training does not work or that NLP coaching is better, it’s just different. It is important to understand the difference as sometimes people will compare and in most cases the comparison are quite different

results and the difference that makes the difference. In this first entry we are looking at the difference between Life coach Sydney & NLP Coaching and traditional consulting.

“TRADITIONAL CONSULTANTS are recognized experts in their fields, who either sell their expert advice or perform their expert actions (or both) to complete a task on behalf of their clients. Consultants are hired to solve problems. With consulting, you have considerable control over the process and virtually no control over the results. Consultants normally seek and take credit or acclaim for work done or achievements. Consultants must maintain their superior (expert) position and rarely form a close relationship with their clients. Consultants rarely affect the personal improvement of their clients.

NLP COACHING

In NLP Coaching the Coach is going to work the Client to discover and utilize his most productive strategies, values, and other modalities already at his disposal but which he is not utilizing to the most for his benefit. The focus is on the Client in achieving his coaching goals and objectives.

So you can see how NLP Coaching is different to traditional consulting and the benefit of NLP coaching. This is not to say that traditional consulting does not work or that NLP coaching is better, its just different.

Have you just had a relationship break up? Feeling devastated, lost, rejected or probably all of the above due to a relationship break up? Emotions like anger, fear, intense sadness, guilt, grief and despair are common after going through one of life’s most painful experiences and often felt after your relationship break up. And just when you think you couldn’t feel any worse, jealousy and self blame creep in to kick you while you’re down. We have all been through a relationship break up or five, and whether you’ve been the dumper or the dumpee, it never gets easier! But , as difficult as it may be to believe, a relationship break up can provide new opportunities for a richer and deeper experience of living .

Following are 5 simple steps to get yourself back into the happy single person you need to be to get ready for the next new and unexplored stage of your life. By following these steps you will be able to help yourself create new possibilities that will lead you to places you never dreamed of!

Step 1 Close the door! Not sure how you will ever live without the ex? After spending so much intimate time with someone, it’s understandable that you feel as though you’ll never share such experiences with anyone else again. But as Henry Ford said ‘whether you think you can or you can’t either way you’re right’. Believing that there is someone out there that will meet your relationship needs will keep you open and aware of the opportunity when, not if, it arises.

So to begin moving forward you need to cleanse. Take all memorabilia of your ex down and stow it away or return it. This means all clothing, CDs, furniture, tickets to the next concert or outing you had planned. Clean out the bathroom and bedroom, in fact it may even help to give the whole house a good clean out, giving you a fresh start. If you have any financial commitments together sort them out promptly, fairly and amicably. If you owe money or are owed money sort out a payment plan and ensure that all debts are paid. You will feel empowered by taking control of the situation and achieving a fair and equitable outcome for both parties. It may be difficult at this fragile and vulnerable time but integrity, self respect and a clean slate are worth the hard work.

Step 2 Remove all contact. The temptation to call your ex is often overwhelming, particularly if you’ve been on a big night out or are going through a rough patch. But to help you resist the midnight calls – dump it! Email addresses, phone numbers, Facebook and My Space profiles – all of it, delete it or burn it to a disk and give it to your best friend (password protected), so the temptation to contact is dealt with. This serves two purposes, it removes the temptation to call or send an email when you are feeling weak or lonely, and it’s only natural to want to do this. We can all be accused of making the call that we often later regret. It also removes the temptation to go back to them, if the opportunity should arise. It’s a rare relationship that works the second or third time around, and is often dependent upon the circumstances that led to the break up rather than fundamental differences in relationship needs. If you do fall off the wagon, you’re likely to soon be asking yourself why am I here again and having to go through all the pain and stress of the split, again.
Step 3 Repair the damage. When in a relationship we often lose contact with close friends. If you had any fights or arguments with people about the ex, or if you neglected friends, now is the time to call and say thanks and sorry for not listening/being there. Realise that you’ve been somewhere else and now you’re back. Write a list of what you have learnt from the relationship, both good and bad. In order not to create the same pattern you need to learn from the experience. Write it all down.

Go over the list and make a mark all the items that your ex did to you that you felt were not your fault with an E next to it. Mark all the items on the list that you did yourself or those things that you had control of with a letter C. Take time to reflect and be honest with yourself. Now look at all the Es on your list and ask yourself how did I let that happen? How did I create that? This will allow you to see how you handed yourself over to someone else or maybe you were the one who did all the controlling? If you were the one who was blamed for the failure of the relationship, whether this is true or not, having the feeling of being at cause of the events that you did not feel you had control over will give you personal empowerment and means you will not be a victim!

Step 4 Moving on. Now for the fun part. There’s nothing like a bit of motivation and inspiration to get you excited about moving on and living your life. Make a list of all the things you wanted to do but did not because of your ex. While you’re at it imagine you were given 5 years to live and add all the things you’d want to achieve before you went. Give each of the items on your to do list a time frame. Don’t forget to include setting a time that you will be ready to date again. This will be whenever you feel is comfortable, maybe before you have ticked off a few things on the list, built up your self confidence and gained a few new experiences, and you can see yourself getting back out there.
While you’re at it, make a list of all the things you want in your ideal partner. Include details of their hair colour, skin colour, height, build, values, and interests in an extensive list. This list should not be with someone in mind but an imaginary person that has all the qualities you are looking for. Now make a list of all the items in that list that you feel you would be unable to attract or that you feel you do not have in yourself right now. Write down why you believe you do not have them.

Once you’ve done the above, work through the questions below. It may help to have a friend read the questions out loud to you to help you formulate your ideas. You don’t have to answer out loud in response.
1.	“What specifically do you want?” (referring to the qualities you want in your ideal partner that you feel you don’t have in yourself).
2.	“Where are you now?”- (specify your present situation regarding the quality you’re thinking of).
3.	“What will you see, hear, feel, etc., when you have it?” (specify your optimal outcome should you have the quality that you have chosen to focus on).
•	Act as if you have it now to give you the internal feeling of having that
quality
•	Make it compelling – really believe that you have that quality
•	Insert it into your future – you know how it feels, make it a part of you
4.	“How will you know when you have it? (how will your life feel different by having this quality?)
5. “What will this outcome get for you or allow you to do?”
6.	“Where, when, how, and with whom do you want it?”
7.	“What do you have now, and what do you need to get your outcome?”
•	“Have you ever had or done this before?”
•	“Do you know anyone who has?”
•	“Can you act as if you have it?”
8.	Is it ecological?
•	“For what purpose do you want this?”
•	“What will you gain or lose if you have it?”
•	What will happen if you get it?
•	What won’t happen if you get it?
•	What will happen if you don’t get it?
•	What won’t happen if you don’t get it?

Step 5 Get active and plan your life. Write at least one significant, life changing goal for each timeframe of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 3 years and 5 years. Write your goals so that they meet the smart criteria of goal setting:

S – Specific, Simple
M – Measurable, Meaningful to you
A – As if now, Achievable, All areas of your life
R – Realistic, Responsible / Ecological
T – Timed, Toward What You Want

For example: it’s now (INSERT DATE) and I am with my ideal partner that has (YOUR WISH LIST). Then take the last step of your goal, how you know you have it and put it out into the future on a date that you set. SMART goals allow you to plan, clarify, implement and measure how well you went in achieving your goals. Can you imagine getting in your car and just driving – without a destination, a map, fuel? It’s the same with your life, if you don’t have goals how do you know where you’re going?

These 5 steps are guaranteed to get you moving towards the next stage of your life and not have you pondering the “what if” of the breakdown and blaming other people. I have helped many people find their ideal partner and get over a relationship break up which forms just some of the work I do.
